GNB
Stage 1 North of the Coomera Connector spans 4 kilometres of major transport infrastructure, incorporating four lanes with future widening provisions, new interchanges at Shipper Drive and Helensvale Road, and an almost one-kilometre bridge over the Coomera River and Saltwater Creek. The project also includes active transport pathways, upgraded road connections and future-proofed bridge structures designed to minimise long-term disruption while supporting continued regional growth.

Client GNB reached out to TROPAC regarding the Coomera Central project they had recently been awarded. They were looking for a partner that could supply Department of Transport Type Approved Products to meet the required specifications, but also support them in delivering a project that would be risk free by delivering on time and meeting the required demands on the Quality to meet the QLD Government requirements.
PROJECT PROCESS & PROTOTYPES
The cabinet assemblies were delivered in accordance with approved plans and wiring diagrams, utilising Queensland Government Type Approved cabinet specifications. As the design was aligned to established standards, a prototype phase was not required, enabling efficient production while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and performance requirements.

INSTALL REQUIREMENTS & LOCATIONS
- TROPAC delivered a hybrid assembly solution in line with the standard QLD Government Type Approved fitout. Following Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), the assemblies were supplied to GNB for final integration, allowing their team to complete the remaining fitout requirements onsite.
- Coomera Connector Stage 1 North: The cabinets are installed across a 4km stretch: spanning road, bridges and bikeways from Shipper Drive to Helensvale Road.
